Real Estate Photographer in the Inland Empire
Dustyn Reno Design
Article
Inland Empire's real estate photographer. Flambient interiors, drone aerials, and video walkthroughs. Next-day delivery across Riverside and San Bernardino counties.
The Inland Empire is its own market — and it deserves photography that understands it. We're not a coastal studio dispatching a photographer two hours east. Dustyn Reno Design is based in the IE, shoots in the IE, and has built an entire workflow around what moves listings here: the wide lots, the mountain backdrops, the master-planned communities, the resale single-family homes that represent real wealth-building for real families.
Dustyn Reno Design serves the entire Inland Empire with professional real estate photography, drone aerials, and listing video — covering Riverside, Corona, Temecula, Ontario, Rancho Cucamonga, and 20+ more cities across Riverside and San Bernardino counties, with next-day delivery on every shoot.
Real Estate Photography in the Inland Empire — What Sets Us Apart
Most listing photos are shot with a wide-angle lens in available light, processed to look passably bright, and delivered two days later. That approach works fine when a home sells itself. For every other listing — which is most of them — it's leaving money on the table.
We use a technique called flambient photography on every interior shoot. Flambient blends flash-lit exposures with ambient window light to produce images that look natural and bright simultaneously: no blown-out windows, no underlit corners, no orange tungsten cast from ceiling fixtures. The result is what a room actually looks like to someone standing in it, not a compression artifact of a camera struggling with dynamic range.
Homes photographed professionally sell 32% faster on average — and in the IE's competitive resale market, days on market directly affects your final sale price.
Pair that with FAA-licensed drone aerials that capture lot size, mountain views, and neighborhood context — details that no interior shot can convey — and you have a listing package built for how buyers actually search and decide online.
The Inland Empire median home price sits above $520,000. At that price point, professional photography isn't a luxury add-on — it's a return on investment. Listings with professional photos earn an average of $3,400 more at closing and generate 118% more online views. The cost of a full photography package is recovered in the first showing.
Cities We Serve Across Riverside and San Bernardino Counties
Our coverage spans the full Inland Empire, from the urban core to the foothills communities.
In Riverside County, we regularly shoot in Riverside, Corona, Temecula, Murrieta, Moreno Valley, Jurupa Valley, Lake Elsinore, Menifee, Hemet, and Perris. This corridor runs from the northwestern edge of the county down through wine country and into the fast-growing master-planned communities of Menifee — neighborhoods where buyers are often relocating from higher-cost markets and doing extensive online research before ever booking a tour. Strong listing photos do a lot of the selling before anyone walks through the door.
In San Bernardino County, our coverage includes Ontario, Rancho Cucamonga, Fontana, San Bernardino, Redlands, Loma Linda, Chino, and Chino Hills. The western end of the county — Ontario, Chino Hills, Rancho Cucamonga — tends to see well-qualified buyers with high expectations for how listings present. Chino Hills in particular draws buyers who want space without sacrificing proximity to job centers, and drone aerials are almost mandatory for capturing the hillside topography and lot character those neighborhoods are known for.
We also offer extended coverage to the High Desert communities of Victorville, Apple Valley, and Hesperia, as well as Big Bear area properties. A travel fee applies to shoots beyond our standard service radius — contact us to confirm coverage for your specific address before booking.
Full-Service Packages: Photos, Drone, Video, and Virtual Twilight
Every listing is different, and every package is built around what that specific property needs to compete.
Interior and exterior photography is the foundation of every package. Shot using the flambient technique, delivered in MLS-ready resolution with color-corrected, print-quality files. Most homes receive 25–40 final images depending on size.
Drone aerials are available as a standalone add-on or bundled with any photo package. FAA Part 107 licensed. Ideal for properties with significant lot size, mountain or city views, corner lots, pool and outdoor entertaining areas, or any listing where the aerial context tells a better story than street-level images alone.
Listing video and walkthrough tours give buyers a spatial understanding of a home that photos can't replicate. We produce cinematic listing videos — not shaky handheld walkthroughs — that can be shared directly to social, embedded on listing pages, and used in paid campaigns.
Virtual twilight is a post-processing service that converts a daytime exterior into a photorealistic twilight image. It's cost-effective, fast, and dramatically changes the emotional register of a listing's hero shot. Buyers scroll past a hundred daylight exteriors and stop on the one glowing at dusk.

Why Inland Empire Agents Trust Dustyn Reno Design
Turnaround is 24 hours. Not "next business day" with an asterisk — 24 hours from the end of the shoot, delivered to your inbox ready for MLS upload. In a market where listings go active fast and agents are coordinating multiple moving parts, that timeline matters.
We also understand how IE listings differ from coastal product. Homes here often lead with outdoor space, garage square footage, mountain views, and proximity to freeway corridors — not architectural details or walkability. Our shot lists are built around the features that actually move IE buyers, not a generic template designed for a condo in West LA.
And because we're local, scheduling is straightforward. No three-day booking windows, no travel delays, no photographer who's never seen the 60 Freeway at rush hour trying to make a 9am shoot in Moreno Valley.
