FAA Part 107 Certified
Real Estate Aerials for the Inland Empire
Drone photographer in Riverside, CA, covering Corona, Temecula, Murrieta, Ontario, San Bernardino, and the surrounding Inland Empire service area. Dustyn personally pilots every flight, files LAANC airspace authorizations near March ARB and Ontario International, and delivers edited aerials the next business day. Aerials reveal lot size, roof condition, backyard layout, and neighborhood context that ground-level photos never capture.

The Full Picture
Ground-level photos only show part of the story. Drone photography reveals the full property layout — roof condition, backyard depth, lot boundaries, driveway, landscaping, and proximity to parks, schools, and mountains. Buyers scrolling Zillow stop on aerial shots because they communicate scale and context that interior photos never can. In Riverside, Corona, and Temecula, lot size and outdoor space are often what the buyer is actually paying for — and an aerial is the only frame that shows it.

FAA Part 107 Certified
Every drone flight is operated by Dustyn personally under an active FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate. This isn't optional — flying a drone commercially without Part 107 is a federal violation that can result in fines for both the operator and the agent who hired them. Dustyn Reno Design carries full liability insurance and follows all airspace authorization requirements. You get professional results without legal risk.

Cinematic Aerials
Beyond still photos, cinematic drone video adds a dynamic opening or closing to your listing video. Smooth, stabilized footage rises from the street to reveal the property, orbits the home to showcase architecture and landscaping, or pulls back to show the neighborhood. These clips are color-graded to match the interior walkthrough and delivered in formats ready for MLS, YouTube, Instagram Reels, and email campaigns.
Behind the Lens

In April 2026 I shot aerial coverage for a 5,200-square-foot estate listing in Riverside CA — Wood Streets neighborhood, four-acre lot with mature landscaping that needed elevation to read properly in MLS photos. DJI Air 3 at 200 ft for the property overview shot, lowered to 80 ft for the architectural reveal angle. Airspace authorization was filed in advance, as it is on every controlled-airspace job. The listing was on the market 9 days; the agent attributed the fast pace to the aerial deck.
Local context: All drone flights operate under FAA Part 107 (14 CFR Part 107), with controlled-airspace authorization filed in advance where required. The CRMLS (California Regional MLS) photo standards require 4MP minimum on uploaded images — every aerial still I deliver clears that comfortably.
What It Costs
Part 107 aerials added to the Essential package — lot lines, roofline, and neighborhood context alongside your interior set.
Drone aerials already included, with the full flambient interior and exterior set. The most-booked package.
Drone photos plus cinematic drone video, 40–50+ images, and twilight exteriors — the full set for a competitive listing.
Aerials on commercial property and acreage, quoted on the parcel — yard, dock, rooftop, and boundary coverage.
Aerials are priced by how they're used, not by flight time. On a house they're an add-on to the listing shoot; on land or a commercial parcel the work is boundary outlining, context framing, and layout, so it's quoted per parcel rather than off a menu. Airspace matters too — flights near March ARB, Ontario International, and Chino Airport need a LAANC authorization, which Dustyn files himself in advance at no extra charge. Every flight is flown by an FAA Part 107 certified pilot, and edited aerials are delivered the next business day alongside the interiors.
