The Story Behind the Lens

It all started with video games. I was deep into game design art, teaching myself Photoshop to paint and photo bash concept art for virtual worlds. I needed textures — real ones — so I bought a camera to go out and collect them.

That camera changed everything. What started as a tool for texture collection became a full-blown passion. I fell in love with composition, light, and the challenge of making a space feel alive through a lens. Over the past 15 years, that passion has evolved into Dustyn Reno Design.

Today, I specialize in real estate photography, drone aerials, and video walkthroughs for agents across the Inland Empire. Every shoot is a chance to combine the creative eye I developed in digital art with the technical precision that makes listings stand out. I'm self-taught, obsessively detail-oriented, and genuinely love making spaces look their absolute best.

My approach is built on a technique called flambient photography — blending flash and ambient light exposures to produce interiors that look natural, bright, and true to life. No blown-out windows, no orange color casts, no dark corners. I also hold an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate for all drone operations, so every aerial shot is legal, insured, and planned around local airspace requirements.

I've photographed over 500 properties across Riverside, Corona, Temecula, Murrieta, Ontario, Rancho Cucamonga, and dozens of other cities in Riverside and San Bernardino counties. Whether it's a starter home in Moreno Valley or a luxury estate in Canyon Crest, every listing gets the same level of care — because every seller deserves photos that make buyers stop scrolling and start calling.

Every photo set is delivered the next business day — edited, color-corrected, and formatted for MLS, Zillow, social media, and print. No excuses, no delays. That's the standard I hold myself to on every single shoot.
