Real Estate Agent Headshots

Brokerage-Ready, In About Twenty Minutes

Real estate agent headshots get shot on location in about twenty minutes — at your brokerage, at a listing, or outdoors — and come back in the crops your MLS profile, brokerage page, yard signs, and social accounts each want.

The Session

How Long Does It Take?

Most agents book one because a brokerage asked for a current photo, or because the one on their sign is eight years old. The session is built around that: a short block, two or three looks, and files sized for every place a portrait has to appear. No studio visit — the setup travels.

About twenty minutesA portable backdrop and two lights, set up wherever you already are.
Two or three looksAn outfit change and a background swap, so one visit covers formal and relaxed.
Every crop you needSquare for a profile circle, vertical for a sign, wide for a brokerage team page.

The Honest Answer

Why Not Just Use an AI Portrait?

AI portrait generators now rank for this search and sell forty images for about thirty-five dollars, so it is a fair question. The catch is that they invent a face that is nearly you — teeth, hairline, and collar all subtly wrong — and clients meet the actual person at the door. A portrait on a yard sign is a promise about who shows up.

It has to match youThe photo is the first thing a seller compares against the person on their porch.
Brokerage standardsMany brokerages specify a real, current photo for team pages and marketing.
Shot with your listingsBooked alongside a shoot, the portrait matches the listing photos it sits beside.

A Recent Agent Headshots Project

Real portrait work — shot on location with a travelling two-light setup, not in a studio

Dustyn Reno shoots both halves of an agent's marketing — the listings and the person selling them. A portrait is bundled free into every listing package he books, so agent sessions are already a standing part of the week rather than a sideline.

In June 2026 I photographed a brokerage in Riverside CA that wanted its whole roster matched — portable backdrop in the conference room, two lights, a jacket-on and jacket-off look per person, and roughly five minutes each. Everyone was back at their desk inside two hours, and the retouched selects went up on the team page the same week.

Local context: Portraits ship in the crops each surface actually wants — square for an MLS profile circle, vertical for signage, wide for a brokerage team page — through the same color-managed sRGB pipeline behind my CRMLS listing work, so a portrait and the listing photos beside it match.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does a realtor portrait cost?
$149 for an on-location session with retouched selects. It is included free with any listing package for new clients, and team sessions at a brokerage are quoted per head. All headshot options
Can you shoot it while you photograph my listing?
Yes, and that is the easiest way to do it. Add it to a listing shoot and it costs nothing extra — the lighting is already up and you are already on site.
What should I wear?
Bring two or three tops in solid colours, avoiding tight patterns that shimmer on screen. A jacket reads well on a sign; a lighter layer reads friendlier on social. We shoot both and you pick.
How fast do I get the photos back?
Retouched selects come back within two business days, sized for your MLS profile, brokerage page, signage, and social accounts. Rush turnaround is available on request.
