Industrial, Office, Retail & Hospitality
Commercial and income-property photography across the Inland Empire and Southern California — warehouses, office suites, retail, multifamily, and hospitality. Flambient interiors, FAA Part 107 drone aerials, and next-business-day delivery, sized for LoopNet, Crexi, and CoStar. Dustyn shoots every property personally.

Why It Matters
Buyers and tenants shortlist commercial space the same way homebuyers do — from a screen, in seconds. A warehouse, office suite, or retail space that's photographed properly reads as a serious, well-run listing; one shot on a phone reads as a problem. On LoopNet and Crexi, the photo set is the pitch. Dustyn shoots commercial property with the same flambient lighting and FAA Part 107 drone work behind DRD's residential listings — scaled up for the square footage, loading docks, and rooftops that ground-level phone shots can't communicate.

Property Types
If it's being listed, leased, or marketed, it can be shot. Dustyn covers the full range of commercial and income property across the Inland Empire and greater Southern California — from a 40,000-square-foot warehouse to a single retail suite. Every job is scoped to the property, with the interior, exterior, and aerial coverage the listing actually needs.

Hospitality & Short-Term Rentals
Hospitality and short-term rentals are won on the photos more than any other property type — a guest books from a phone-sized thumbnail. Dustyn shoots STRs, Airbnbs, boutique hotels, and vacation rentals with flambient interiors that make rooms read bright, spacious, and bookable. Recent Long Beach short-term rental work had the property booked almost immediately after the new photos went live.

The Workflow
Dustyn personally shoots every commercial job — no second shooters, no outsourced editing. Flambient interiors for accurate, evenly lit rooms; FAA Part 107 drone for the lot, rooftop, parking, and neighborhood context; and color-corrected files delivered the next business day, sized for LoopNet, Crexi, CoStar, and the brokerage's own marketing.
Behind the Lens

In June 2026 I shot a full listing package for a multi-tenant industrial building in Ontario CA, near the Ontario International Airport logistics corridor. Wide-angle flambient interiors of the warehouse bays and the front office suite, exterior elevations, and a set of drone frames showing the lot, dock doors, and truck court from 120 feet. The whole property was photographed in a single morning and delivered the next business day, sized for the broker's LoopNet and Crexi listings.
Local context: Commercial listings live on LoopNet, Crexi, and CoStar rather than the residential MLS, and each carries its own image expectations — every commercial set ships in high-resolution sRGB sized for those platforms alongside the broker's own marketing. Aerial frames operate under FAA Part 107 (14 CFR Part 107) with LAANC authorization near controlled airspace such as Ontario International (KONT) and Riverside Municipal (KRAL).
Custom-Quoted
Every commercial property is quoted individually — there are no fixed packages, because a retail suite and a distribution warehouse aren't the same job. Send the address and the scope and you'll have a clear quote fast. Next-business-day delivery is standard on every commercial shoot.
A single suite and a 40,000 sq ft warehouse are different shoots — size sets the baseline.
Industrial, office, retail, multifamily, and hospitality each need different coverage.
Part 107 aerials of the lot, rooftop, and access, added where the listing calls for them.
How many finished frames you need — color-corrected and delivered the next business day.
