Real Estate Photography Across Southern California
Dustyn Reno Design provides professional real estate photography throughout Southern California — from Riverside and the Inland Empire to Temecula wine country, Corona, Murrieta, and surrounding markets. Flambient interiors, FAA-certified drone aerials, and listing video delivered next business day.
Serving the Full Southern California Market
Southern California's real estate market moves fast. In a market where the California Association of Realtors reported a median home price exceeding $750,000 in 2025, first impressions aren't optional. Dustyn Reno Design covers a wide footprint across the region so agents and sellers don't have to compromise on quality because of geography.
We shoot properties across Riverside, Temecula, Corona, Murrieta, Menifee, Lake Elsinore, Perris, Moreno Valley, San Bernardino, Redlands, Rancho Cucamonga, Ontario, Fontana, Highland, Hemet, and San Jacinto — with extended coverage into Los Angeles County, Long Beach, and Orange County. If you're listing in these markets, we can be there.

What Makes SoCal Listings Different
No two markets in Southern California photograph the same way, and that's not just about distance. Listings in Riverside's Canyon Crest or Alessandro Heights demand a different approach than a wine country estate in Temecula's Redhawk community or a new-construction home in Murrieta's Harveston development. Knowing the architecture, the light, and the buyer expectations in each market is what separates a local photographer from someone who just shows up with a wide-angle lens.
One practical reality in this region: summer afternoon light is unforgiving. A west-facing facade takes harsh, direct sun late in the day, and shooting it at the wrong hour flattens the exact curb appeal the first MLS photo is supposed to sell. Scheduling to the light matters as much as the camera gear — which is why exterior timing is part of the booking conversation, not an afterthought.
The same principle applies in communities like Orangecrest and Woodcrest, where ranch-style homes with deep covered patios require careful exposure blending to show both the shaded interior and the bright SoCal backyard in the same frame. That's exactly what the flambient technique was built for.

Our Services: Photos, Drone, and Video
We offer a full production stack for residential and commercial listings — everything from MLS-ready interior stills to FAA Part 107-certified drone photography and listing video walkthroughs. Most agents book the combination package because buyers expect it: still photography draws the click, and video keeps them on the listing page.
| Option A | Option B |
|---|---|
| Standard Listing Photos | Full Production Package |
| Interior + exterior stills | Interior + exterior + drone aerials |
| Flambient editing on every image | Flambient editing + twilight exterior options |
| 25-35 MLS-ready images | 35-50 images + video walkthrough |
| Next business day delivery | Next business day delivery |
Aerials earn their place in spread-out suburban markets like Menifee and Lake Elsinore because they answer the questions those buyers actually have — lot size, distance to neighbors, and neighborhood context. A buyer relocating from a denser market can't judge any of that from interior photos alone.
Markets We Serve
Our primary service area covers Riverside County and San Bernardino County, with extended coverage into Los Angeles County — as far west as Los Angeles itself and coastal Santa Monica — and Orange County. One thing worth saying plainly: the work is spread across the whole map. Dustyn shoots all over this footprint rather than concentrating in one city, so no market on this list is an afterthought. Here's the county-by-county breakdown:
Riverside County: Riverside (Canyon Crest, Orangecrest, Alessandro Heights, Woodcrest, Mission Inn area), Temecula (Redhawk, Harveston), Murrieta, Menifee, Lake Elsinore, Perris, Moreno Valley, Hemet, and San Jacinto.
San Bernardino County: San Bernardino, Redlands, Rancho Cucamonga, Ontario, Fontana, Highland, and surrounding communities.
Los Angeles County: Los Angeles (Northeast LA), Glendale, Santa Monica, Long Beach, Torrance and the South Bay including Manhattan Beach, Inglewood, and West Hollywood.
Orange County: Huntington Beach (including Huntington Harbour) and Newport Beach (Balboa Island, Corona del Mar, Newport Coast), plus the south-county coast — Laguna Niguel, Dana Point, and San Clemente.
The Inland Empire is one of the fastest-growing real estate markets in California, and it's also one of the most underserved when it comes to consistent, high-quality listing photography. Many photographers who cover Los Angeles or San Diego don't regularly travel to markets like Perris or San Jacinto — which means local sellers and agents there often settle for less. We built our coverage area specifically around the communities that get overlooked.

Why Local Experience Matters
Professional photos signal to buyers that the agent takes the listing seriously. In a market where homes in communities like Dos Lagos in Corona or Trilogy at Glen Ivy can list at or above $750,000, the photography investment is a fraction of the commission at stake.
Beyond speed, local experience means we understand what buyers in each market are actually looking for. A buyer relocating from Los Angeles to Rancho Cucamonga is often looking for lot size, garage space, and mountain views — things that need to be front and center in the photography. A buyer in the Temecula wine country corridor is often comparing lifestyle, outdoor space, and proximity to the vineyards. The photography should reflect those priorities, not just document square footage.
That's why working with a real estate photographer in Riverside who knows the market — not just the camera — makes a real difference in how your listing performs.

Frequently Asked Questions
What areas of Southern California do you serve?
We serve Riverside County and San Bernardino County as our primary area, including Riverside, Temecula, Corona, Murrieta, Menifee, Lake Elsinore, Perris, Moreno Valley, Hemet, San Jacinto, San Bernardino, Redlands, Rancho Cucamonga, Ontario, Fontana, and Highland. Extended coverage reaches Los Angeles County, Long Beach, and Orange County.
Do you travel outside of Riverside County?
Yes. We cover San Bernardino County regularly and travel to Los Angeles County and Orange County, including Long Beach and Glendale. Travel fees may apply for properties outside our primary service area — contact us with the address and we'll give you a straight answer.
How quickly will I receive photos after the shoot?
All photos are delivered next business day via a download link. Rush same-day delivery is available for an additional fee when the shoot is scheduled before noon and our calendar allows. View pricing for current rates and turnaround options.
Do you offer drone photography throughout Southern California?
Yes — we're FAA Part 107 certified for commercial drone operations. Drone aerials are available across our full service area, including Riverside, Temecula, Corona, Murrieta, and Menifee. Some locations sit in controlled airspace where authorization is filed in advance — we handle that on our end, and occasionally getting the cleared authorization from the phone onto the aircraft adds a few minutes on site. Learn more about our Temecula photography services.
What is your service area for same/next-day delivery?
Next business day delivery is standard for all locations in our primary service area — Riverside County and San Bernardino County. Same-day rush delivery is available for properties within approximately 30 miles of Riverside. Properties in the farther reaches of the service area are still next-day, but same-day rush may not be available depending on scheduling.
