Warehouse, Distribution & Manufacturing
Industrial property photography covers what a broker's listing actually has to prove: clear height, dock configuration, truck-court depth, power, and how the site sits against the roads that serve it.

The Coverage
A tenant scrolling a listing is underwriting a building, not admiring it. The frames that matter are the ones that answer questions — how many dock doors, how high to the deck, whether a 53-foot trailer can turn in that yard — so the shoot is built around those answers rather than around a pretty elevation.

From The Air
Aerials do more work on a large site than anywhere else in this business. From 120 feet a single frame shows the full parcel, the dock face, the trailer court, and the freeway or rail the tenant is really buying — context no ground camera can reach. Those frames fly under FAA Part 107, with authorization filed ahead of the visit near controlled airspace.
Behind the Lens

In June 2026 I shot a distribution building on the Fontana CA side of the logistics corridor — wide bay interiors showing column spacing and deck height, every dock door and leveler counted in frame, the office suite at the front, and a set of aerials from 120 feet putting the truck court and the freeway approach in one image. Photographed in a single morning and delivered the next business day for the broker's listing.
Local context: Commercial listings live on LoopNet, Crexi, and CoStar rather than the residential MLS, each with its own image expectations, so every set ships in high-resolution sRGB sized for those platforms. Aerial frames operate under FAA Part 107 (14 CFR Part 107), with authorization filed ahead of the visit near controlled airspace such as Ontario International (KONT).
