Luxury Real Estate Photography

High-End Listing Media, One Production

Luxury real estate photography treats a high-end listing as one full production — flambient interiors, FAA Part 107 drone aerials, twilight exteriors, and a video walkthrough planned around the same launch, delivered next business day and ready for CRMLS, Zillow, and print.

The Production

What a Full Production Includes

The Premium package was built for exactly these listings: forty to fifty-plus flambient photos inside and out, drone aerials, and a video walkthrough in one booking. Twilight exteriors add the blue-hour frame high-end marketing leads with. Nothing is farmed out — Dustyn shoots, flies, and edits every production himself.

The Difference

Why High-End Listings Get Shot Differently

Buyers shopping the top of any market judge a listing by its media before they read a word — and agents know it. Luxury real estate photography is sequenced to the light: interiors through the afternoon, aerials in late sun, twilight at dusk, so the whole set reads as one property rather than three separate appointments.

Timed to the lightOne schedule covers afternoon interiors, golden-hour aerials, and the blue-hour hero frame.
Print and web readyFiles ship MLS-sized and full-resolution for brochures, signage, and property sites.
One photographerThe same eye frames every image, so the set tells one story.

Real DRD listing work — luxury estate exterior, Yorba Linda

Dustyn Reno shoots every luxury production personally — the estate frames in the site portfolio, including the Yorba Linda exterior on this page, are his own listing work.

In July 2026 I shot a hillside listing in Chino Hills CA as one production — flambient interiors through the afternoon, Part 107 aerials in late sun, and a twilight set at dusk, with the full gallery delivered the next business day for the agent's launch.

Local context: Luxury listings here still launch through CRMLS like everything else, so files ship CRMLS- and Zillow-ready in color-managed sRGB at full print resolution, and every aerial operates under FAA Part 107 with authorization filed ahead of the visit.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does luxury real estate photography cost?
Most productions land between $500 and $675: the Premium package is $500 with aerials and a video walkthrough included, and twilight exteriors add $175. Larger estates are quoted individually — the market tier for full California productions runs $700 and up.California pricing guide
What is included in a luxury listing shoot?
Forty to fifty-plus edited flambient photos inside and out, drone aerial coverage, a video walkthrough, and MLS-ready files with next-day delivery. Twilight exteriors and extended video are the usual add-ons at this tier.
Can you shoot twilight and aerials on the same evening?
Yes — that is how the schedule is built. Drone authorization is filed before the visit, aerials fly in late light, and the twilight set follows at dusk in the same trip whenever the property allows it.
How fast do the photos come back?
Next business day for the photo set — the same turnaround as every DRD real estate package. Video edit timelines are confirmed at booking so the full production lands together for launch.
